Owner and licensed contractor Jack Fennelly has worked in floor coverings virtually his whole life, training with his father’s business, Fennelly Floor Covering in Santa Barbara.

Over the years, we have increasingly transitioned from routine installations into fine floor coverings and interior installations.

As our business has changed, our old school techniques remain in place for the finest craftsmanship and detailed finishing. Perfection is not our goal—it is the finished reality.
